More than 40 lawyers will be involved in training on the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and improving the implementation of Decision 2008/913 / EU on combating certain forms and manifestations of racism and xenophobia by means of criminal law. The training is organized by Amalipe Center in Veliko Tarnovo, Roma Center for Social Intervention and Research - Romani CRISS and National Institute for Training and Improvement of Attorneys INPPA, Bucharest, as partners in the project "The advancing knowledge on fundamental rights for lawyers".
It aims to provide new ways and means for the implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and to assist lawyers in Bulgaria to apply these provisions in national legislation and to take more cases of protection against discrimination before national and European Courts.
Lecturers during the training will be experts in International and European law, with proven experience in Bulgaria and abroad.
