950, 44 lev is the amount collected on a charity concert to raise funds for the treatment of the ten year old Radoslav Borisov. The charity concert was supported by Amalipe - Center for Interethnic Dialogue and Tolerance and the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo, on the initiative of Darina Dobreva, which is young and enterprising, volunteer Amalipe Center. With the help and full cooperation with the Amalipe Center, the concert became a reality and gathered of citizens of Veliko Tarnovo on 6 March 2014 at the Great Hall of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo.  Youth from the Volunteer Club "Youth is tolerance” – Amalipe Center- made the donation box and they raised funds during the concert for the treatment of little boy. 

Dance groups and singers took part in the concert: V-dance, Valdance, Pobeda, Latino club "Zoki", Drunk Paco, KC Lolita, Un beso, ballet "Virginia", Petar Georgiev, Georgi Velikov and others. With lots of singing, dancing and magic audience was entertained and sincere applause rained down.  

Radoslav and his family also attended the concert.  He suffers from progressive muscular dystrophy, type "DMD" and is confined to a wheelchair. Muscular dystrophy, Duchenne is a progressive disease affecting skeletal muscle, and in its later stages - cardiorespiratory. Tel Aviv.  Radoslav is approved for the treatment and already has submitted the first two phases, which were collected by means of charity. What is needed is 30 000 lev to begin the third phase of the treatment.  

The concert was a success and brought nearly 1000 lev, which were counted in the presence of Radoslav’s family. The family thanked everyone who helped raising the funds. We are very glad that there are still people with big hearts.

We need more funds to continue Radi’s treatment. He dreams to be like every child to run, play and enjoy life.
