Hundreds of students, teachers, representatives of institutions and individuals from across the country took part in the campaign on the occasion of Roma Pride - The Day of the Roma Pride 2014 Center "Amalipe" for the fourth consecutive year notes Roma Pride in over 15 cities in the country.
From 6 to 12 October was celebrated the Day of Roma pride and culture with by reading literature written by Roma writers; making a presentation of traditional dishes, costumes, crafts, exhibitions of paintings and antiques from the Roma way of life; distribution of informational materials; discussions; collecting wishes from passers-by and many other activities and surprises.
The initiative has joined youth clubs under the project "Youth is tolerance" in Shumen, Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Vratsa, Plovdiv and Veliko Tarnovo, along with the Centers for Community Development - structures "Amalipe" formed in 11 municipalities in eight areas and local clubs for development, as well as schools in the country.
