A lot is already accomplished, but a lot is also remains to build and needs to be done; we are to realize the planned reforms – in the youth justice, in education, healthcare”, Plevneliev also stated. According to his words, we do not talk about particular individual rights anymore, but for the economical benefits from setting up an environment which ensures their application. “Researches from UNICEF show that encouraging youngsters in their earlier childhood has its positive outcome. At the same time Mr. Bogdanov did not let through the rest challenges: a very serious issue in the country is children poverty, every second child is considered poor. The functional illiteracy is extremely shocking for our country, and thousands of children drop out of the educational system, some of them do not even have the chance to be first grade.
