Managing Authority of Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" invites everyone who is interested to send their suggestions and opinions on the draft requirements for applying for the scheme "Development of social entrepreneurship." Through the scheme "Development of social entrepreneurship" OPHRD will invest 15 million BGN for:

- Support of at least 70 cooperatives and social economic enterprises. They are expected at least 35 of them to continue to operate after the end of the project;

- At least 480 unemployed people to gain employment in the social economy. 240 of them to continue working after the end of the project.

The procedure will be implemented by competitive selection of projects between 50,000 BGN and 391,166 BGN each. Social enterprises, businesses of people with disabilities, employers, municipalities, social service providers and NGOs can apply.
