On 10 November MAs of the operational programs "Human Resources Development" and "Science and education for smart growth," opened a procedure for the realization of the operation which will support implementation of municipal plans for Roma Inclusion 2015-2020. Concrete beneficiaries of the operation are municipalities that have approved - by a decision of the City Council - Municipal plan for Roma inclusion 2015 - 2020, and they can apply only in partnership with NGOs, school / kindergarten and employer. The procedure begins with a selection of concepts that municipalities must submit by 15 December, then the approved ones will be invited to develop detailed proposals.

Municipalities can ask questions by email to November 30, 2016. Please note that  in the file "Requirements for submission and selection of preliminary concepts" the given e-mail for questions is mistaken. The correct e-mail address is socialinclusion@government.bg

Until December 15 concepts can be submitted only by municipalities that will apply under Component 1. Large urban municipalities whose integrated plans for urban regeneration and development included the construction of social housing do not submit concepts now. They will apply for Component 2, which will happen at a later stage. Those are 21 of the 39 large urban municipalities that have set construction of social housing in their Integrated plans for urban regeneration and development.
