2. Apply online;
3. Students who are in 12th grade, and anyone who is not a student, but will apply to university this year must apply for a scholarship to the REF now, ie to May 11! Not being a student yet is not an obstacle to apply: after being admitted to university, he or she will provide the necessary document that declares his/her status of student.
4. REF Scholarships are for students who are identified as Roma. I.e. it is not enough to have a Roma origin, but also to declare it outloud and to identify as Roma.
Note: European term "Roma", reflected in the National Strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria for Roma integration includes a broad range of groups, which are determined by the local population as "Gypsies" / "Roma". Students from the groups Millet, Rudari and others, who do not speak Romani can also apply for REF scholarships : they are part of the Roma community and are eligible if identified as Roma;
