Tomorrow in Prague, EGAM - the European Grassroots Antiracist Movement, and the Museum of Romani Culture in Brno will sign a Memorandum of Understanding to define together the future of the site of the former concentration camp in Lety.
Taking place at 18h CET at the French Institute in Prague, the ceremony will be part of a larger International Conference on the Holocaust and the Roma Holocaust, held one day before the International Day of Remembrance of the Holocaust.
This Memorandum of Understanding, called “Dignity for Lety!”, will formalize the cooperation of EGAM, and through it, European civil society as a whole, especially Roma, and the Museum of Romani culture, which acts on behalf of the Czech State, regarding the future of the site of Lety.
