13.11.2015A seminar for parents from Northern Bulgaria was organized by Center Amalipe from 6th to 8th of November
More than 40 parents from Northern Bulgaria took participation in the annual parental meeting from 6th to 8th November in the city of Lyaskovets.
During the three days, the participated school representatives in partnership with Center "Amalipe" had the opportunity to meet each other, to learn new information about different topics related to the education and improvement of our children's future. The discussed topis were such as "Parental rights and obligations in school", "How to be useful in the scholar life", "Continuing education aiming for better future", etc.
The organizers put accent on having active parental clubs - how they form, what is their influence in the schools how to participate in the scholar life. The participants discussed different cases and shared good practices with the regional coordinators from Center "Amalipe". Every person shared his experience, problems and ideas, waiting to be accomplished at home after the seminar.
We noted the parents about the opportunities of additional funding of scholar activities by Operational Programme "Science andEducation for Smart Growth" and other projects. This is a great chance for the parental clubs and teacher boards to work for betterment of the material base in order to make the school more appealing for the children.
Our guests of the seminar were several students from the Pedagogical faculty of "St. Cyril and St. Methodius" University, with which we exchanged experience and strategies about the collaboration between the families and schools.
