Seven representatives of student parliaments established within the school program of Center Amalipe "Every student will be a winner" will take part in the ceremony the ceremony to mark Bulgarian Chairmanship of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers and the Christmas bazaar accompanying it. The event is co-organized by the European Association "Cyril and Methodius" and Bulgarian school in Strasbourg. Christmas bazaar will be held in the Council of Europe with the presentation of various products made by students at the Bulgarian school in Strasbourg. On 23 November the students from Bulgaria will also join the Bazaar and will present hundreds of handmade paintings, dolls, posters and postcards made during the Roma culture classes.

Using a compilation of popular Bulgarian and Roma music as a background, the students, dressed in authentic costumes of various ethnic groups will hold puzzle pieces with interesting facts about Roma and will assemble the map of Bulgaria in front of the representatives of the Council of Europe. The students have prepared for each of the participants a "flower of tolerance."
Before the ceremony a meeting of the Council of Ministers will be held. At the end of the meeting the Bulgarian Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe Katya Todorova together with the children from Bulgaria will welcome the Ministers and will offer them gifts made by the schools.

Students will be accompanied by Dessislava Stefanova from Center "Amalipe" and representatives of the Council of Ministers and the NCCEII.

Besides participating in the Christmas bazaar, the students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with their peers from the Bulgarian school in Strasbourg and to exchange experiences with them, as well as to visit some of the most interesting places in the city. Participants have been selected on the basis of clearly defined criteria which include active participation in student parliament, initiating activities and campaigns for tolerance and continuing education.
The program "Every student will be a winner" is an initiative of Centre "Amalipe" with the financial support of the Trust for social achievement and covers more than 170 schools throughout Bulgaria. One of the main focuses of the program is the empowerment of students and fostering them to be active Bulgarian citizens with a clear civic position.
