28.05.2013Dozens of teachers, principals and cultural figures attended the traditional reception by the President on May 24 - the Day of Bulgarian Education and Culture and Slavonic Literature
The guests were welcomed by the President of Rosen Plevneliev in the National Historical Museum in Boyana.
Among the invitees were school principals, achieved good results and sustained by the "Decreasing the dropout rate among Roma children " - Maya Pencheva, Principal of "Vasil Levski" Primary school in Vidrare, Evgeni Angelov - Director of "Hristo Smirnensky" Elementary school, Byala Slatina; Dimitar Kostov - Director of “Kliment Ohridski" Primary school in Tishevitsa, Slavcho Slavchev - Director of "Hristo Botev" Primary school - Dolni Tsibar and Veselka Ivanova - Director of 171 'Stoil Popov" School in Sofia.
After the greeting from the President the event was followed by professional conversations and new acquaintances with colleagues from the country.
The meeting of "our" directors with former Deputy Minister of Education and Science Milena Damyanova and Deputy Minister in the interim government - Mariana Bancheva was emotional and with wishes for future success!
