 The traditional holiday - Day of gardening soup  in Zlatarica began in a nice autumn September morning.

     After serious preparation , Centre Amalipe team along with local school ,, St. Cyril and Methodius” also took part in the celebration. Master - cooks , parents and grandparents , had all the gifts of nature, grown in their own gardens to prepare delicious, spicy , vitamin gardening soup .

The scent of any spices floated from all eighteen vats. The mood around the fire  and our vet was also increase by the “decor and furnishings " of the landscape – a table full of pyrlenica, banica, vegetables, grape and ... brandy. Smiling children in national costumes were comfortably seated on colorful frieze .

The interest of the audience was huge and we all proudly acknowledged that the first soup that was eaten was ours -  vet № 17  . Guests received self-made recipe ,, Amalipe - collection " - recipes for quick , easy , meatless dishes.

With our attractive presentation, especially the colorful cart full of gifts for the guests , we attracted the attention of foreigners. We were sincerely rejoiced when the mayor of Zlatarica Mr. Pentcho Chanev stood near our rich and fruitful table.  Amalipe team thanked the mayor for the invitation to participate.  We wished him welfare of local residents and gave him a photograph of the tenth children Roma Festival , Open Heart , 2013 , Veliko Tarnovo  with the words: ,, From our festival - for your festival wishes to continue the tradition ! "Mr. Chanev declared his desire for cooperation with Amalipe Center in the future .

After  dances, songs , tasting , laughter ... the word was given to the impartial jury that awarded first place for the soup of Pavlikeni prepared with the participation of the mayor.

Our team - Center , Amalipe " and Secondary School , St. Cyril and Methodius " received a diploma and 50lv. encouragement award, which was given to the team of the school.

Many photos, best wishes for health and prosperity , new friends, memories remain after such a day. We reconfirmed the best practice to work and celebrate as a team – Amalipe, school, students, parents, local authorities!
