The whole team of Amalipe (including community moderators in 11 municipalities, youth coordinators from 6 districts and regional pedagogical coordinators) had a meeting from 27 to 29 of January  to plan the activities of the organization in the coming months.

Focus was the context in which we work: policies at EU and national level in the field of education, health, social and labor sphere, civil society interaction with the institutions and relations with media and partners.

Although bottlenecks roads, "the four wheels" of Amalipe ( team in the office , regional educational coordinators, community moderators and youth coordinators )  verified the direction and the speed with which we're going to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves. We discussed the pebbles along the way that could turn the cart, the successful routes and which one is the right path, when we stand at a crossroads. All shared their views on the development and improvement of communication both within the team and "out". The coordinators of the different teams were satisfied with the results, but did not save the cons that needed to be overcome or corrected.

Besides sessions on how to improve our work, another essential part of the training modules were associated with changes in the Protection of Personal Data. Center "Amalipe" team is doing extremely responsible job and everyone in the organization must know perfectly well how to protect their own personal data, as well as those of all the people he works with. Eugenia Volen – an expert from the Trust for social achievement, which supports the implementation of the program “Every student could be a winner", was a very patient and competent lecturer.

During the meeting, the team of Center "Amalipe" paid a special attention to three important questions :

    the planning process of local integration plans 2014 -20, and the ways to activate the local community in order to include them in their formulation, which will lead to high-quality documents with real activities and real funding;
    the need for joint activities for recording and publication of Romani folklore and personal stories of Roma leaders;
    joint national campaigns: on the occasion of April 8, Roma Children Festival "Open Heart " and others.
