09.11.2009Forecoming: Session of the Monitoring Committee of Human Resources Development Operational Program
The second for 2009 session of the Monitoring Committee of Human Resources Development Operational Program will take place in Sofia on November 10 and 11. The advance in HRD OP implementation and the new operations and calls for proposals will be discussed. Officials from DG Employment of the European Commission, representatives of the main Bulgarian institutions engaged with HRD OP and NGO observers elected by groups of NGOs will take part in the session.
During the session Deyan Kolev, observer of the group of Roma NGOs will make presentation about European forums of Roma and Structural funds. He will propose higher budget for the call for proposals “Educational integration of children and students from the ethnic minorities” announced by Ministry of Education. He will also propose announcing special call for proposals for integration of vulnerable groups to the labor market.
