15.07.2013Amalipe Center welcomes active parents across the country

  The efforts of  Amalipe Center and 174 schools participating in the Reducing dropout of Roma children of school Program,  funded by America for Bulgaria Foundation were recognized at a high level, on June 26 2013. The European Commission published an evaluation of the implementation of national strategies for Roma integration of the Member States, where the program results and the work of the school "St. P.Hilendarski " in Galabovo have been presented. 09.07.2013Volunteer tolerance groups have launched their work in 5 areas in Bulgaria

   The project "Youth is tolerance – combating anti-Roma stereotypes among young people" was launched in February this year. The main objectives of the project are:the establishment of volunteer Youth Task Force Groups (YTFG), as well as networks and sustainable partnership with local governmental and non-governmental organizations and institutions. 08.07.2013International Youth Camp brings together young people from four countries

For five days (from July 9th to July 13th, 2013) Veliko Tarnovo will be hosting an international youth camp aiming at fighting anti-Roma stereotypes. The cam is organized within the project "Youth is tolerance" realized by Center Amalipe within the European Commission's Fundamental Rights and Active Citizenship Program. The camp will bring together volunteers from six districts in Bulgaria where youth tolerance club have been established, namely - Veliko Tarnovo, Shumen, Burgas, Vratsa, Plovdiv and Blagoevgrad as well as from partnering countries - Greece, Romania and Hungary....

  Community Development Center – Kameno, established by Amalipe Center held the final part on project "KEYROMA".   The efforts of Amalipe Center and 174 schools participating in the program "Decreasing the drop-out rate of Roma children "(funded by America for Bulgaria Foundation) were recognized at a high level. On June 26th, the European Commission published an evaluation of the implementation of national strategies for Roma integration of the Member States.
