United States of America will join the Decade of Roma Inclusion as official observer announced the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at a meeting with representatives of Roma organizations in Bulgaria. There were discussed the symbolic of the day and the legends related with it. A workshop organized by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to the United Nations brought together 30 representatives of the World Health Organization, UNDP, UNICEF, International organization for Migration and Roma NGO's. The meeting was held on January 30-31 and was moderated by Jan Jarab - a regional representative of the Office for Human Rights of UN for Europe.
